Speak Your Heart, Don't Bite Your Tongue

I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason and that time heals all.

Who wouldv’e thought I’d be here right now?

The feeling is indescribable and confusing, but something I never want to lose.

It’s you.

…It’s just you.

How long can you stand someone so condescending and selfish until you explode or collapse?

Sales, in any form, cannot be “taught”. You cannot teach someone to change their personality and become an agressive seller. You cannot condescend to a subordinate so that you feel you’re dignified in your superior title. The “Trickle Down Effect” follows you no matter what career you choose. Just remember one thing: do not burn your bridges. If you feel in your gut “If I say this, there’s a chance it might bite me in the ass”…chances are your loud mouth antics are going to bite you in the ass. Say what has to be said in your defense, but don’t bash someone today, because you may need their help tommorow.

I am in no way, shape or form a mean person, nor do I surround myself with negativity. If someone is posessed by these traits, and try to bring me down, I am ridden with irritablility and ruthlessness. I need to remove myself from the situation.

But what do you do when that person is someone you have to see everyday??

You pray for serenity and peace, know what to and what not to say, and hope that someday in the near future you will posess the wisdom to know just how to deal with this person.

Keep strong, healthy relationships with family, dear friends, and significant others. Because at the end of a horrendous day at work, you need someone to vent to, cry to, scream at, and laugh with when all is said and done.

I’m too blessed to be stressed!!

Hey Tumblr world, it’s ya girl Angela b.k.a. A.Will.

I’m at my beloved cousin Steph’s house and she inspired me to create one of these. Let’s hope this doesn’t get too crazy…

Check the username. I’m a Roc Girl til I die and you can bet that almost every entry on this will have a Jay-Z reference or quote. I felt as though I wasn’t being creative enough in creating a username, so I tried to derive one from mixin song titles from “The Blueprint 3” (So ambitious + Empire State of Mind = …you get it ;) ) Since I recently decided to become a calory counting feind due to an upcoming vacation and my desire to successfully lose weight without falling for a fad diet, I decided that maybe if I share my thoughts and feelings with…the world basically, I can get over my boredom eating. ((lol))

So until I kick this in high gear, be real and I’ll be huntin’ and peckin’ in the near future.
